Refund policy

We accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations on all items

Contact us within 5 days of delivery & Ship items back within 30 days of delivery

All products are shipped ground- usually takes 3-5 days once the item has been shipped

All of our products are made to order, please allow 2- 10 days for production time.

Request a cancellation within 2 days of purchase

Custom or personalized orders or Items on clearance sale- these items are final and cannot be returned.

In the event of a damaged item- contact us by email with pictures of the damages and a picture of the box if damaged. We will send you a return label - make sure to package the item back up the same way it was received.

Refunds- once we receive the item we will refund the money back the way the order was initially processed.

Exchanges due to damage or wrong item being sent- once we have been contacted about the damage or wrong item we will begin a new item to replace the damaged item- once we receive the damaged item we will ship the new undamaged item. Depending on the item purchased - please allow 1-5 days for us to start and finish the new undamaged item.  Once we have finished making the new item we will ship it back to you. All products are made to order 

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or the wrong item was sent. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unless the item is broken or the wrong item was sent then any returns will have a 20% restocking fee.
